Pelaw Community Bowling Club is an independent charity, the charity has acquired the responsibility and ownership of the bowling green and pavilion to ensure that bowling continues and flourishes within the wider community. We want the site to be used for lots of different activities, from flower arranging to tai chi. However to meet the needs of the community we have to cover all the costs, from electricity to maintenance costs. The trustees and club members work throughout the year to raise monies that is used to create activities for the local community. If you would like to donate there are a range of options to choose from as outlined below.

To sign up for Amazon Smile, visit www.smile.amazon.co.uk.
If you’ve already got an Amazon account, simply log in to your account and search Pelaw Community Bowling Club in the ‘pick your own charity’ search bar on the right-hand side of the screen. Click to accept us as your chosen charity and you’re ready to start shopping!

How do I get to Amazon Smile?

To shop at Amazon Smile, simply visit smile.amazon.co.uk on your computer, mobile or tablet.

Are prices higher on Amazon Smile?

Absolutely not! You’ll be able to shop the same products, at the same prices. It doesn’t cost you a penny more.

How much does Amazon Smile donate?

When you buy eligible products through Amazon Smile, Amazon will donate 0.5% of the cost to your chosen charity. The cost refers to the purchase price, so excludes VAT, returns and shipping fees, as well as gift wrapping fees, service charges and any rebates.

How to use Smile on the Amazon app

If you want to donate to Pelaw Community Bowling Club when you shop, it’s important that you always shop through smile.amazon.co.uk, rather than the main Amazon site.

If you use the Amazon app, there are two ways to shop using Amazon Smile.
Enabling Amazon Smile:

1. Ensure you have the latest version of the Amazon app installed
2. Open the Amazon app and click on Settings in the main menu

4. Follow the on-screen instructions
