Pelaw Bowling Club hosts a range of activities that are open to everyone.

Our bowling green and pavilion is available for hire for a variety of bowling and non bowling events and activities. Check below what we are able to provide and don't hesitate to contact us if you want to know more about our facilities!

Christmas Carol Singalong

Friday December 20th 2024

Christmas Singalong to a guitarist and small choir. FREE Refreshments and Mince Pies. Everyone is welcome.

HALF OR FULL DAY BOWLING EVENT.

PCBC will provide a bespoke day of bowling activity! The day will involve tuition support and games followed by a competition where all attendees will participate. Equipment, management of competition, tuition and support is included. Sessions can be half day or a full day depending on your needs. Sole use of the pavilion can be included and refreshments and/or buffet can be provided utilising trusted local caterers.

INDOOR BOWLING.

Want to have a go but its too cold outside? We have the solution, we can provide a bespoke designed session in a community building here in Bill Quay and Pelaw. Activity would include tuition and a competition for all participants. Price on request. Would you like the opportunity to play bowls in your own venue? Pelaw Community Bowling Club has the solution! We can provide the equipment to play in your local church hall or community space. Prices on request.

COMMUNITY GROUP SESSIONS

If you are a local community group and would like to attend we are happy to create a private session for your members. Sessions can be created based on a one off activity or a regular weekly slot based on your requirements. Sessions can include tuition and one to one support, creating a competition through to some activity games to improve your skills and abilities.

SCHOOLS

If you are a local school we would love to work in partnership with you. We can create family sessions or class specific activity. We have a team of volunteers with DBS who can create one off or weekly sessions for your class. You can also book our pavilion to use as an outdoor classroom, secure bag storage or as a base when visiting Bill Quay Park.

NON BOWLING ACTIVITY

Pelaw Community Bowling Club is an ideal venue for non bowling activity, the pavilion provides an excellent space as a meeting area and the bowling green provides a fantastic quiet, secluded space to use to enable attendees to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Bowling equipment and tuition can be provided on request.
